•You have the right to cancel your contract with Absolute Credit Solutions within three (3) business days of signing, for any reason, without penalty.
•We do not charge or receive payment for services before those services are fully performed.
•You will receive a written contract and all required disclosures before signing any service agreement.
•No one can remove accurate and timely negative information from your credit report.
•You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report at no cost by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our website content or services.
We do not warrant that:
•Our services will achieve specific credit score improvements
•Any particular disputed item will be removed from your credit report
•Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
•The results obtained from using our services will meet your expectations
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolute Credit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
Our website may reference or link to third-party services, including SmartCredit for credit monitoring. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or content of any third-party services. Any fees charged by third parties are separate from and independent of our fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, templates, guides, and other materials — is the property of Absolute Credit Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
